Globally Extinct: Crustaceans
The IUCN Red List of Threatened Species (Version 2011.1) has listed 11 crustacean species as extinct and no subspecies. The Sixth Extinction website lists 12 recent extinctions of crustacean species. Several missing species have not been seen for years and are possibly extinct as well.
